We choose candidates from the following sources:

1. Extensive database of candidates in accordance with the Act. No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection
2. On-line and press advertising
3. Cooperation with regional employment offices

In order to cope up successfully with every selection procedure, the client is required to precisely determine his requirements for the job, and further, professionally led and structured job interviews as well as subsequent presentations of suitable candidates are carried out by the HR agency.

All expenses relating to advertising, interviews, reference ascertaining, CV translations and the like are borne by the agency. The client shall be obliged to pay a commission in an agreed amount provided the successfully found and appropriate candidate will sign a labour contract and start doing the job. Moreover, the agency and the client agree on a guarantee for candidates including possible reimbursements.
