Outsourcing / Agency Employment

Terms and conditions of this service are set forth in sections 308 - 309 of Labour Code and shall be governed by the Agreement on a long-term Employee Allocation (Outsourcing Agreement). These services are used both by international and Czech companies to satisfy their needs in situations where there is a lack of an approved budget for such a position.

According to the client´s needs, we will search for such a suitable candidate and sign a labour contract with him or her. We will also pay all statutory deductions, namely social insurance, health insurance and income tax. At the same time we charge an agreed commission on every employee on a regular basis.
