• Filing of a new working folder including all necessary official documentation
• Complex wages calculation based on data provided by a client: basis salary, bonuses and other unenforceable parts of a salary as well as subsequent statutory deductions, keeping a check on taking holiday, holiday reductions, contributions of retirement supplementary insurance, calculation of wages refunds during temporary incapacity to work and liquidation of sick pays, executions, payroll deductions, printout of payroll sheets (or printout of hidden paying-in slips if necessary)
• Working out reports and materials for health and social insurance including electronical applications for entering and deleting from the system
• Generating and printout of finance accounting files including generating and printout of multiple banking transfers
• All acts relating to labour contracts or contracts on services, namely commencement and termination of employment

Within quarterly, semi-annual and annual elaboration we provide:

• Data for payments of statutory insurance of employees in line with business activity, working out and generating of statistics TREXIMA (should a client have such an obligation)
• Printout of payroll sheets, sending Personal Record for Retirement Insurance, working out and accounting of income tax and collection of a personal income tax, reporting to the respective Labour Office the fulfilment of a legal requirements relating to employees with an altered working capacity, annual tax clearing, printout of protocols
• Statistics etc.
