Complex Payroll and HR Audit

• Payroll and HR auditing carried out ad hoc before screenings of state administration relating to social insurance, checks of health insurance companies, safety inspectorate or tax office
• Continuous payroll and HR auditing (monthly, quarterly) aiming at divergence between the findings and labour legislation with a proposal how to set these divergences right
• Regular seminars and training as well as counselling services for payroll and financial accountants liable for personnel in the company – seminars and training are always sectional and framed with regard to ongoing as well as upcoming changes

This service is intended for companies of all kinds and size, business as well as production firms, budget and allowance organizations including offices of state administration and municipalities. The outputs are entirely at the client´s disposal and are protected by the provision of section 17 of the Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended, as a business secret of a client.

Projects are elaborated and guaranteed by an expert with many years of experience in a particular field, certified payroll and HR professional (IES), certified wage auditor (ES), a member of the Association for development of collective bargaining and employment relationships, participant of a project NSK2 – development and implementation of the National Qualification System, which is co-financed by the European Social Fund and partly from the state budget (contracting authority is the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and a resolver is the National Institution of Technical and Vocational Education).
